Meet Your Teacher
Travis Ebner is a native Arkansan and is currently in his second year as an undergraduate Music Performance Major at Texas Tech University. He resides in Professor Annie Chalex Boyle’s studio and actively takes part in the various music ensembles in the School of Music.
He has participated in masterclasses with prestigious groups such as the Ying Quartet and the New York Classical Players, as well as having the opportunities to perform for world-renounced pedagogues including Anthea Kreston, John Irrera, and Mari Sato. Mr. Ebner is an avid chamber musician and enjoys collaborating with his fellow colleagues at Texas Tech University.
Mr. Ebner has experience performing in different orchestra ensembles such as the TTU University Symphony Orchestra, Amarillo Symphony Orchestra, Conway Symphony Orchestra, and has held principal positions in the Arkansas Youth Symphony Orchestra. He has also participated in various festivals around the United States including the Faulkner County Chamber Music Festival, TCU Chamber Music Festival, Hot Springs Music festival, and the OU Solo and Chamber String Academy.
